Residential Dementia Care Insightful residential dementia care focused on living well and meaningful connections

Our care for people living with a dementia is as individual as each of our residents and they set the routines, with support from our caring team. The dedicated care team at Honey Lane work to create purposeful and meaningful activities to keep life interesting, engaging and fun.

We know that each person is an individual, and every single person living with dementia is unique so we ensure their care is highly personalised.   Whether a resident is living with high needs or just requires assistance with every day tasks our residential dementia care service ensures people living with dementia can have a good quality of life.

By creating the right environment, we aim to minimise anxiety and promote overall health and well being to each of our residents. Honey Lane is designed to enhance our residents’ quality of life by providing features to maximise independence, whilst creating a safe, stimulating and restful sanctuary and a home from home.

We appreciate that many families cope alone for some time before considering a long term care option.  Our day care service provides an opportunity for family carers to have a break whilst their loved one gets to experience all that Honey Lane Care Home has to offer.

Supporting Families

At Honey Lane Care Home we understand that facing the fact that a loved one is living with dementia and is unable to cope alone independently can mean addressing some challenging and difficult times.  We provide unrivalled levels of support to all our residents’ family, including events to help families better understand the condition.

Our home manager, Karen Dean is here to help you and your family.
