Meet our team

Delivering personalised dementia care to enrich lives

At the heart of the compassionate care we provide at Honey Lane in Waltham Abbey is our skilled team formed of carers, managers, team leaders and members of our wider support team such as catering, housekeeping, lifestyles and front of house.

Led by Qualified Dementia Interpreter Angie Sacks, all of our team members are carefully chosen for their values and unwavering dedication to caring for our residents with kindness and respect. We nurture and invest in them – ensuring they feel valued, supported and love being part of our extended family.

Our focus on creating a wonderful home in which to live and work means we are able to retain the very best team members, valuing the contribution they make, each and every day.

This in turn helps us to provide consistency for residents and exceptional dementia care, through people who value the same things we do, and are skilled, confident and capable.

This compassionate approach is also extended to people looking for care for a loved one, as well as our residents’ families, helping and supporting them through what can be a very emotional time.
